Maroon Group Coronavirus Update April 9, 2020

Maroon Group continues to adapt many aspects of our business to serve our customers during these challenging times. Our operations remain open and we're fulfilling customer orders as required. Now more than ever, our team of 300 strong has rallied together, and we'll continue to be here for you!

While undoubtedly there are challenges that have been met and we'll continue to face, we will react appropriately as we've taken decisive action across all Maroon Group entities and locations to protect our mutual business including the following:

• Drastically increased our communications with customers, principals and key service providers to ensure that we're aligned and can plan accordingly.

• Invested in additional inventory to insulate customers as best as possible from future disruption.

• Maintained a high level of commercial, technical and regulatory engagement.

In spite of the challenging environment that we are all living and working in, meaningful achievements have been made with our key partners to help mitigate the impact of this pandemic. We've worked with many customers that have been able to pivot their manufacturing operations to ramp up production of sanitizers, lotions, moisturizers and creams. This includes correctional facilities and distillers that have never produced these types of products in the past. Our technical teams have provided starting point formulations and conducted webinars to help walk customers through the appropriate steps in making suitable products. We're working closely with key principals to ramp up availability of raw materials used in disinfectants. Several of our overseas partners have provided medical supplies which has not only helped us ensure the safety of our warehouse and logistics teams, but also enabled us to make numerous donations to emergency responders in the communities in which we live and operate. We will continue to do so as more supplies become available.

Our hearts go out to all of those impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic. It remains an incredibly dynamic and challenging time for all of us and we will continue to adapt as needed. We will get through this together!
